 Return & Exchange Policy

You may process a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package, in which you will need to courier it to us or you may request for an LA GENTE MADRID driver to collect the product at your convenience with additional charges.

Valid reasons for free returns:
(We will cover all charges for returning this item if it falls under these reasons)

  • You have received a wrong product
  • You have received a product that is not as described on the site.
  • You have received a damaged product

 Other reasons: 

(If you return your item for these reasons, you will be responsible for paying extra costs such as shipping shall you need an LA GENTE MADRID courier to collect the item) 

  • You have changed your mind about product style.
  • You have changed your mind about product color.

 Return Procedure

  • To return or exchange your item, please fill out this contact us at : +9714 557 4379.
  • Our team will quickly evaluate the reasons for the return.
  • After your return request has been approved, our team will contact you to schedule the pick-up of the item. 

 Return Condition

  • Kindly make sure the order is sent in its original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories, not damaged or used. 

 Non-Returnable Products
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products if:

  • Products are not in its original packaging.
  • Products have missing parts or accessories
  • Products have been used, damaged or not in the same condition as you have received them.
  • Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
  • Products that have been tampered with or have missing serial numbers.

Your Refund

 

  • Once LA GENTE MADRID has received the returned products and has carefully checked all products, we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days (if you do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank).

 

  • You will receive the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees and bank charges if any).
  • Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you have used upon check out.
    1. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your LA GENTE MADRID wallet.
    2. If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your LA GENTE MADRID wallet.
